A renovated farm building

The ground floor, which originally served as a cattle shed, has been turned into a large living room with a kitchen and a dining room. The room features a stone masonry stove (“stube”) covered with opaque amber porcelain tiles. The stove is mounted on the wall which has deliberately been kept coarse (with exposed bricks and river stones).
The Bernini Luxury ceramic arm chandelier, with matte white finishes, hanging over a coarse wooden table, is the focal point of the room. The chromatic continuity of the different pieces, as opposed to the chromed structure of the chandelier and the crystal lampshades, adds a new flavour to our tradition.
What used to be a granary has become a large living room with a loft. The furnishings are remarkably modern with their stand-out straight and minimal patterns. The exposed brick pillars blend well with the room’s white walls and the glass doors overlooking the main courtyard. The renovation work preserved the ceiling’s original structure with exposed cosy light-coloured trusses that make this place even more welcoming.
The Palladio 2 tier ceramic chandelier fits perfectly into this context, naturally filling the empty space between the high ceiling and the living room. An amazing combination of classic and contemporary design patterns.
